I would like to start off by thanking Evasi0n Redsn0w and Absinthe for making the jailbreaks possible and all of the jailbreaking credit goes out to them on this site. Everything I have taught myself and learned by looking things up so I will try my best to share all of my knowledge and where I can find other things that are helpful when trying to mod or tweak. I will post links or useful tutorials and facts.

How to Jailbreak, and install ipad baseband for iOS 6 - 6.1.2.
1.The first thing you need to do is jailbreak with the latest version of Redsn0w.
(This will be a tethered jailbreak at first but don't worry it will be untethered in the end)
2. Make sure you have the 6.0 IPSW download for your device. I like to use www.idownloadblog.com
3. When in Redsn0w make sure you go to options tab and select ipsw
(Then select the 6.0 IPSW you downloaded)
4. Go back to the main screen and select jailbreak
5. When the options screen comes up select install iPad Baseband
6. Let it finish the jailbreak process.
7. When the device reboots power it back down.
8. Boot into DFU Mode and reopen Redsn0w.
9. Go to options again and select just boot thethered.
10. After the device boots up use the latest Evasi0n tool to jailbreak again.
(It will notify you that your device is already jailbroken but just go ahead and run the process)
11. Once the Evasi0n program finishes you will have an untethered jailbreak with the iPad baseband on iOS 6-6.1.2
NOTE: IF YOU ARE TRYING TO JUST JAILBREAK THEN JUST GO TO STEP 11.

How to Add Cydia Repos / Sources?
If you want to be able to enjoy the benefits of Cydia sources, you need to know how to add them. This tutorial is for complete beginners. Everyone else can proceed with the countdown below.
1. Open Cydia by tapping the Cydia icon from your Springboard.
2. On Cydia’s main screen, tap the Manage tab at the bottom of the screen.
Tap Sources.
3. Tap the “Edit” button at the top right, then the “Add” button at the top left.
4. You will now need to enter the Cydia/APT URL, type in the address and hit Add Source.
5. Tap Add Anyway whenever it is applicable.
